I recently got a creative nonfiction piece of mine published in The New Humanism, a great online magazine created by the Humanist Chaplaincy group at Harvard. The essay is about a year or so old, and the only thing I might say about its content is that I have recently become a bit bolder in speaking to others about what I (do not) believe and that I do not really think of myself as a deist often anymore (as the essay briefly implies). Once in a while, I do, since I like many aspects of deism, but I do not think of myself, generally speaking, as one, since there is no evidence for it.
